Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and The Bahamas. It is the body of regulations which pertain to such matters as commercial and residential property ownership, development, and transactions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW

Embodies patent law, copyright law, contract law, tort law, trademark law and litigation. It pertains to the creation, the protection and the legal pursuit of infringement of intellectual property patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secret laws.
